"My family has been with Cliff Ward for over 20 years. The customer service has been atrocious the past few years and seems to be getting worse. I left a message for him to get back to us on a recent change to our policy and still waiting over a week for a call back and I asked to specifically speak with Cliff. I don’t think it matters that we have been long time customers, we feel like just a number at this point. I would look elsewhere first your insurance befitting choosing this one. Update - Even after Cliff proceeds to comment on my review, still haven't had a reach out, which within your control Cliff and your "outstanding customer service". So in reality we are just another number and paycheck for your office."
